1. Its process: fine color paste washing, evaporative concentrate drying, adding to the carrier, extrusion granulation


2. Ink method: As its name implies, it is a production method that uses ink color paste in the production of masterbatch, that is, three-roll grinding, coating a low molecular protective layer on the surface of the pigment. The ground fine color paste is mixed with the carrier resin, and then plasticized by a two-roll plastic mill (also called a double-roll open mill), and finally pelletized by a single-screw or twin-screw extruder. The process is as follows: batching, stirring, thick-colored pulp, three-roll grinding, fine-coloring pulp, two-roll plasticizing, extrusion, and granulation


3. Metal soap method: The pigment has a particle size of about 1 μm after grinding, and the soap liquid is added at a certain temperature, so that the surface layer of each pigment particle is evenly wetted by the soap liquid to form a layer of saponified liquid. When the metal salt After the solution is added, it chemically reacts with the saponification layer on the surface of the pigment to form a protective layer of metal soap (magnesium stearate), so that the finely ground pigment particles will not cause flocculation and protect a certain fineness. .


4. Kneading method: After mixing the pigment and the oily carrier, the pigment is oleophilic, and the pigment is washed from the water phase into the oil phase by kneading. At the same time, the surface of the pigment is covered by an oily carrier, which stabilizes the pigment dispersion and prevents pigment aggregation.
