 (1) The most basic requirement for the pigment used in the heat-resistant color masterbatch is to withstand the temperature in the production process of polypropylene fiber, and to maintain its stable performance. The same as the temperature resistance, it is usually required to be above 270 ～ 280 ℃.

(2) The pigments for the evacuable masterbatch should be excellent in evacuation, and the evacuation should be uniform in the masterbatch, and the use of the evacuation agent will not detract from the quality of the polypropylene fiber. Otherwise, it is impossible to produce a good-quality stock colored fiber, and the operation is not stable. When the fiber is drawn, it is easy to break or to produce a very fiber.

(3) Brightness of polypropylene stock solution is used for many purposes. Among them, it is used for bed cover base fabric and knitted fabric, and requires a bright color. Because organic pigments are bright, beautiful, and easy to color, organic pigments are required for all applications.

(4) Light resistance Some pigments have a photosensitizing effect under the influence of light, which makes the colored fibers fade and brittle. The light resistance of the pigment is basically related to its chemical layout. Therefore, when making the masterbatch, it is necessary to enrich the light resistance of the fine pigment When it is necessary to use pigments with good resistance and light resistance, you can think about adding UV absorbers.

(5) The pigment used in the solid color masterbatch must have excellent stability to the colored polypropylene fiber. This means that the colored fiber polymer will not react with the fiber when it is exposed to heat, light or high temperatures through permanent war, forming new chemical groups that will lower the performance of the polymer. Therefore, almost pure pigments should be used in the masterbatch, free of impurities such as iron, copper, lead and other salts, to ensure that the colored polypropylene fibers have excellent physical properties.

(6) Water resistance, dry cleaning resistance, oil resistance, colored polypropylene fiber finished products are inevitably washed with water or solvent dry cleaned after being used, and they must fight with oil agents, especially when they are used for carpets, so they are used The colorant should have excellent washing resistance, dry cleaning resistance, and oil resistance.
