Its process: washing of fine color paste, evaporating concentrated material, drying, adding carrier and extruding granulation.

 2. Ink method: As the name suggests, it is a production method of using ink color paste in the production of color masterbatch. That is, through three-roll grinding, a layer of low-molecular protective layer is coated on the surface of the pigment. The ground fine slurry is mixed with the carrier resin, and then plasticized by a two-roll mill, also called a double-roll mill, and finally granulated by a single-screw or twin-screw extruder. Its process: the following ingredients are used to mix the coarse slurry, three-roll grinding, and two-roll refining, extrusion and granulation of the fine slurry.

3. The metal soap method is that after the pigment is ground, the particle size reaches about 1 μm, and the soap solution is added at a certain temperature, so that each pigment layer is evenly wetted by the soap solution, forming a layer of saponified solution stacked with metal salts After the solution is added, it reacts with the sclerotium layer on the surface of the pigment to form a protective layer of metal stearate "magnesium stearate", so that the finely ground tinsel will not cause flocculation and be protected. A certain degree of fineness.

4. The kneading method is that after mixing the pigment and the oily carrier, using the lipophilic feature of the pigment, kneading is used to flush the natrium from the water phase into the oil phase. At the same time, it is coated with oily carrier to stabilize the pigment dispersion and prevent the pigment from coagulating.
