In his speech, the Vice President of the China National Textile and Apparel Council introduced the economic operation of the domestic printing and dyeing industry in 2017. From January to December 2017, the output of printing and dyeing fabrics of printing and dyeing enterprises above designated size was 52.459 billion meters, a year-on-year decrease of 1.71%. The actual investment in printing and dyeing enterprises' fixed assets was 41.78 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 7.14%. The main business income of printing and dyeing enterprises was 357.18 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 6.56%. “The trend of the industry shifting from high-speed growth to high-quality development has become more apparent,” he concluded.

The vice president pointed out that at present, the printing and dyeing industry is in a period of pressure superposition, and green development is the only way for the industry to transform and upgrade. He suggested: "Printing and dyeing enterprises should strive to cultivate the requirements of sustainable development of the industry, lay a good fight against pollution prevention; accelerate the construction of an industry green manufacturing system, comprehensively coordinate green development; conscientiously implement environmental policies and regulations, standardize the path of industrial transformation and upgrading; Responsibility, practice the responsibility-oriented green industry positioning."

 


In recent years, as the country's efforts in ecological environmental protection continue to strengthen, as a major consumer of water resources, the green transformation of the printing and dyeing industry is imperative. Professors from the School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering of Donghua University have drawn a number of conclusions from the results of wastewater monitoring through a large number of enterprise surveys. First, the excessive levels of metal bismuth in the wastewater of the printing and dyeing industry are very serious. Secondly, if the follow-up attention to the problem of nickel exceeding the standard is raised, The impact on the printing and dyeing industry will be great; again, the over-standard of trimethyltin compounds should also be taken seriously; finally, the source of cadmium ions needs to be determined.

 

Professor of Hohai University gave a speech on the technology of dyeing wastewater treatment and recycling. He detailed the technology of carbon dioxide instead of sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid and alkaline wastewater, which is characterized by green sustainable, stable and reliable, safe and multi-effect. At present, this technology has been promoted and applied in many printing and dyeing enterprises, and the economic and social environment benefits are remarkable.

 


Printing and dyeing enterprises should improve the application of automation equipment, intelligent systems and digital data, and promote the printing and dyeing industry to truly achieve green and efficient production, and change the image of high energy consumption, high emissions and high pollution in the traditional printing and dyeing industry.
